4MP CCTV Kit comprises of the following items, please click on links to find out more information on each of the CCTV kits. Maximum cable run is 100m per camera, use network extender for greater distance. Just one cable needed from each camera back to the NVR ( recorder).

For a full new install, you will need-
CAT5 Cables- one per camera ( use ready made or make them up your self )
A monitor or your own TV to view it on An HDMI cable to connect your screen

The CCTV kits will be online as soon as you connect a cable to your internet. You can download the free app called Hik Connect at any time ready for when you receive your CCTV kit. When the hard drive gets full in the DVR, it will start to delete the oldest 15 minutes of recording to make space for new footage. The number of days of recording that you will be able to revive depends on a number of settings and conditions.
a) How much activity there is in view of the cameras
b) what quality the resolution is set to
c) if it's set to record continuously or on motion only
d) Hard drive size used
